Our honey is high-quality Swedish honey from the west coast Bohuslän region. The harvest is performed twice to three times per year, contributing to a variety of flavors depending on the seasonal flora. This can be seen in different shades of coloring, flavor, viscosity, and crystallization of the honey. Each jar of honey is therefore a snapshot of a moment in the past summer.
