What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing comfortable shoes, a camera, water, and a phone charger. Also, be sure to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly 🙂

What is included in the tour price?

The tour price includes the services of a guide, transportation (if included), and all necessary entrance fees to museums and attractions, if specified in the tour description.

What if I am late for my tour?

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the tour starts. If you are late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to arrange an alternative.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

To cancel or change your booking, please contact us via the form on the website or by email no later than 24 hours before the excursion. After that, additional conditions may apply, as specified in our cancellation policy.
