We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your item. Just follow our simple return process outlined below.
2. Easy Return Process
To initiate a return, log in to your Luna account and go to the “Order History” section. Select the item that you want to return. Our agent will come to pick up the parcel in a few days.
3. Condition of Items Returned
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Luna reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund promptly. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or opting for store credit. Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days.
5. Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as final sale or clearance items, are non-returnable. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information before making your purchase.
7. Damaged or defective items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
